Uprated and shared. This looks wonderful. I am American but have lived in France nearly 20 years. He did a nice job with this. Lots of time and generally not cheap to make, and what a pity all fish and shellfish are now too toxic to eat and overfished!

ça à l'air bien bon, bien que comme vous le dites: c'est "la bouillabaisse de Daniel" car ce n'est pas du tout, mais pas du tout la recette de bouillabaisse, du moins celle que je mangé chez mes grand parents ( provinciaux de parents et grand parents...) Mais franchement ça à quand même l' air très bon et je vais essayer de gouter cette bouillabaisse là. Merci pour cette recette très varier et peut être à bientôt. Merci.

That is Corsica. This is a traditional dish of Marseille and the Mediterranean. In Brittany, France, the fish soup is of a different style, and they do it very differently in Italy, too. This dish is for special occasions because it needs such a big variety of ingredients. It is a huge amount of work. Greetings from Paris.
