Labour Minister O’Regan discusses report on workplace equity laws - December 11, 2023

Speaking with reporters on Parliament Hill, Labour Minister Seamus O’Regan discusses the findings of a review into Canada’s workplace equity laws. He is joined by Adelle Blackett, who chaired the task force conducting the review. Among other findings, the task force report states that Black people and 2SLGBTQI+ individuals face systemic barriers under Canada’s Employment Equity Act.
