Also these polls that have reform on 18-20% are polls of 2000 people. But a mega poll of 200,000 people had reform winning the election

The truth is they don't really know because the brexit party didn't stand in many seats last time and they don't seem to take into account independent candidates either for example in IDS Liz truss or Lee Anderson's constituency. According to the latest You gov figures, if you add up the Reform (17%) and Conservative (20%) voting intentions it comes to 37%, which is the same as the Labour voting intention, 37%. Labour is still slated to win a massive number of seats though.
