I have one question...By CTC structure are we being deceived or anything? because the cost to company is calculated how much the company is spending on us. if rate based contract is there then that will be net pay or gross pay after that the company will calculate their CTC but not make it a part of contract. can you please clarify.....thank you.

Sir, jara CTC ke bare me an Guidence digiye..agar kisi ki monthly CTC 26k hai to mera deduction sirf PF or PT hona chahiye..MATLAB 1800/- PF or 200/- PT MATLAB 26K minus 1800 minus 200 minus = Net 24k aani chahiye to as rahi hai 22200/- to ye kasi calculation hai..thoda vistar pata chalega to aaccha hoga..
