It's impossible not to feel a deep sense of sadness and despair. The lyrics perfectly capture the pain of losing someone you love and the emptiness that can follow. It's a painful reminder of all the hopes and dreams that were shattered by a single moment of heartbreak.

I was on my way to work listening to the radio when this song played and I remember myself bursting in tears. It was incredible how this song explainded everything I was feeling and the things I didn't wanted to admit and it made me understand that this is how it has always been, that other peoples has been on my shoes before, that stories ends and it's normal to feel like I did, but life goes on. Thank you James!

What a great song. It has touched my soul from the very first second. Can't get enough listening to it. Similar to life, we keep playing on broken strings all the time. However, hope is always there...

Perfection. I recently heard this in a store and realized I had not even thought of this song for almost a decade, but it was one of my favorite songs for a while back in the college days. I still remembered the lyrics. I'm not sure why it is so rarely played now.

October 2019... wow I was cleaning and this song was on my mind. I could only get the rhythm, I slept on it yesterday and I could remember the chorus and I ended up her... Song is so relevant right now.

Gosh i remember when I first heard this song. i was in college and the TV was still on at 2am when i was sleeping.. I was ready to turn it off i see Nelly Furtado and i sat there in tears. It was like God woke me up to give me a gift. Nelly Furtado has been my favorite singer, and to see her do this song was absolutely beautiful.

_So how can I give anymore_ _When I love you a little less than before?_ That does hit deep. Breakup phase can still be hard to deal despite all the years passing through. It'd be a real fate miracle if both parties can get reconciled.
