It's not a bot and the game says it over and over! It gets serious overpowered benefits! It sucks to play! 1:14, either you are wrong or you mispoke. If the AI plays a card and it does something bad for them, it is not triggered!

I know what you're saying, but at 1:40 or so you can see what I mean. The original rules have a flowchart 'bot' and if you're playing with that, enemy events are not triggered, as you said. But the digital version also has an AI which does trigger your events, and I think is meant to play more like a real human opponent.

This should be available on Steam - not sure why you aren't seeing it. And it has some similarity to Twilight Struggle, but after playing a few games, you'll find they are quite different!
