As a star of EastEnders, Lacey Turner is used to dealing with dramatic storylines, but over the last 17 months, she's had to deal with real-life emotion, as she has struggled to start a family after suffering from two miscarriages. Sadly, this is all too common as one in four pregnancies are expected to end in miscarriage. Now five months pregnant with her first child, Lacey opens up about the difficulty of pregnancy after loss and hiding her bump whilst filming EastEnders.

Ive always believed that good healthy nutrition is key in order to prevent miscarriages. Avoid meat & dairy, eat more fruit and vegetables. Avocados, cucumber and tomatoes are very good. Meat is fine as long as its well cooked, but why take the risk if you want a very healthy baby!
