Dude if Ryan were 70% of Lachlan, Ryan himself would need to be ~ 43% stronger to match Lachlan. In reality if Ryan were 43% stronger everywhere he would hold Lachlan like a child. I truly believe 5-10% can appear a big difference in this sport.

@@ryannelson3753 exactly. There wouldn't even be a 10% gap between the super heavies and some of the smaller guys. 5% is massive, it feels like you've hit a wall. You have to be very closely matched for it to be close match.

I cant wait to see riekard on the grand stage very very soon. This guy was born to arm wrestle. The scary part is that hes good every where. He has a devon style cobra coil hook, and an insane hand and top roll to go with it. He can press as well?? holy hell! this guy is coming for that heavy weight class. I think a decent match would be against guys like rino, bacho, sandris etc The guys just needs slightly more experience

@mallhi5557 True, but if you notice many strong armwrestlers gas out quicker than others - a lot of strength based cardio (pushups, pullups, etc.) are key to developing that kind of endurance and stamina.

@adeeltk they gas out because of bad positions. Ofc, endurance comes into play when u are in a better position, working less than the other guy. Dave chafee being a prime example of a strong guy ending up in bad positions all the time. But yes, with time everything will come. Super promising.

I doubt it, Michael Todd was shown easily repping like a 240 kg squat with not much effort. Levan did even more I believe. Then there’s Leonidas who competes and Brian Shaw now entering. Wouldn’t be surprised if some of the Georgians can do 250-300kg. I doubt Riekard is squatting close to 300kg at his age.

This is my first time really seeing riekard…. My only question is why has this man not been to EVW yet? Like this is ridiculous.
