Even though he seems like a nice guy, I still consider him evil because he wears the gang sign of a police officer. I have one on my speedometer, one on facing through the front window and one on the back, just because if something happens with the police. I got my first after I was driving behind a cop, on the same road I see the cops everyday hiding when I come home off of work and he turned on his lights and called me through the intercom on his vehicle and told me to pullover, I did and asked why he pulled me over and he said I was speeding which was not true, because I come through this way for 2 years straight and they are always hiding, but I refused to sign the ticket and he started threatening me and being aggressive like he was suggesting that he will hurt me and I had to call my Dad, so he can be my witness if this Cop hurts me. If I knew what I knew now I would have fought the ticket but I was young and didn't know I even had a choice to fight a ticket. I hate the police, they can do anything and get away with it, well I really just get mad thinking about it and I go through the other reason I was unlawfully pulled over and they claimed I had my brights on but when he came to my car he made me put them on, but thankfully another cop pulled up and asked me what was going on and I told him what happened and he let me go and told me I could leave.

I told him he had a choice to write a ticket or forget it. He stood there like a statue unable to speak. Then I said okay, I'm going home, reached out and took my drivers license from his hand and went home. I fully expected for someone to show up at the house, but no one arrived. @@ThisisKyle yes let me go desperately look for a video of a cop saving a kitten so I can justify my bootlicking. Good cops don’t exist. It’s like saying that some members of MS-13 are “good gang members” cause they’re nice people and have done something nice before. But they’re still a member of a gang and taking part in their terror. Every single cop at every single agency no matter how small, has had the opportunity to stop another cop from violating someone’s rights or committing an act of violence, and an unfathomably low percentage of them have. And even then, they do it anonymously after the offense has already occurred, instead of stopping and arresting the other cop on site of their crimes like they would with any other fucking citizen committing the same crimes. There are no good cops. There were 376 cops at Uvalde while children were being killed, representing every single agency in the area, basically a sample size of every type of police agency in America. Which one of those 376 cops was a good cop?

@@farticles04 First problem is you believe everything you see on You Tube to be an accurate video of what actually transpired. Here are some things for your simple mind to ponder. We are shown a supposed still photo of where the motorcyclist "claims" his MC was, supposedly from the "initial" recording from his body cam. Where is that video, you know the video of him returning home, the initial stop/interaction and the at least 5 minutes that there was just the one Officer there interacting? These videos are posted for one and one reason only. To tell a one sided story and make the Police Appear in a bad light. Next, this was a TRAFFIC STOP, pure and simple. So the Father, (the one posting the video) is an idiot, because Texas Statute 38.02 concerns a Terry Stop and not a Traffic Stop. Next Texas Statutes require the operator of a MV to produce their license to a Police officer, and according to the Statute a Police officer can stop a vehicle to check a persons license to confirm that they have the proper class for the vehicle being driven. Failing to produce your license is an arrestable offense. Next, yes even for a Municipal Code Parking Violation a Police Officer can force the operator/owner to produce their license and issue it to the person with the vehicle. Reference to this is Found in the Texas Administrative Code, and actually in the circumstances in that code actually MANDATE that the parking summons be issued to the operator. So lets see the video starting from him returning home and the initial stop.

@Mr.Wongburger3 жыл бұрын
@@HUBABUBA-il8fn can't argue with your breakdown of the codes of enforcement. I think you are purposely being obtuse though to the common sense part of the entire interaction. The officer did not initial travel down the alleyway to enact a traffic stop. His own words were that he was investigating a reported disturbance in the alley. As far as any evidence presented shows, the only one provided was from the owner of the property. There is no contradicting evidence that proves that a moving violation had happened. If the officer had approached and found the vehicle stopped in the driveway protruding into the alley then he can write a ticket for said vehicle. Checking the plates will also give him the identity of the owner. The owner was on his own property and hadn't committed a crime. He is not required to identify himself unless he has been arrested. The fact that at no point in time did the officer assert an arrest after claiming that he could for this and that bolsters the position the owner took and further shows that the evidence presented is more in favor of the proper owner. If I were presented this case as a juror based solely on the evidence shown I would side with the property owner. This comes off as an officer wanting to know where the MC individuals live and their names. At every possible chance the officer tried to coerce the property owners name, down to the signature on the citation. I will say this. I believe in the necessity of police officers. The only problem I had with this interaction is the methods used to coerce information. He tried, he may know of this club and they may cause trouble in the community. I don't think cops for the most part go around harassing the average citizen. I think there are cops that do have power trips and abuse that whenever they can when they know they can get away with it. Could you explain the purpose of a shift supervisor and their role while on duty? I was not aware that when requested that request can be denied. I assumed they were there to assess situations and give guidance. Nobody is perfect and sometimes cops can be mistaken on certain laws. There are a lot of them.

@Rovingdog628 Standing up for your rights is not belligerent. If the cop thought the bike was blocking the alley, which it was not, he could have asked the guy to move it. The guy was trying to move it anyway. If there really was a problem, which there was not, the problem would have been solved. The cop didn’t understand the law or didn’t respect it. He was in the wrong and behaving very irrationally. The cops job is to serve and protect, he was doing neither. What he was doing was causing a disturbance of the peace, abusing his authority and bullying a citizen. Not to mention, blocking the alley he had so much concern was kept clear of parked vehicles, although that’s the least of the problem he’s created. If this is how this cop behaves in this situation, he is a danger to the public. If I was his supervisor, I would write him up on his lack of situational awareness and I would make it clear that I thought he posed a risk to the force and to the public. I’ve seen similar situations caught on video where the cops were fired for irrational behaviour. I would not be surprised if this guy was fired. Also, remove immunity from the police. Right now, cops don't care if they act like tyrant and there is a successful lawsuit - guess who pays for it. The CITIZENS of the community they are abusing. Getting people to stop abusing power when they pay ZERO price for doing so? Good luck. Make individual police officers responsible for acting unlawfully and abusing their power. Cities and police departments need to provide MUCH more and better training - and once that is in place and documented, it should be on the COP. Let them get sued as an individual person and be held liable and you'll see a REAL quick change in attitude.
