Don't miss Juan Pablo Contreras’ "Mariachitlán" for chamber orchestra, premiered by LACO at The Music Center’s Walt Disney Concert Hall on June 26, 2021. Contreras was LACO's very own 2019/20 Sound Investment composer, and his works have been featured on musical salons, SESSION and In Focus concerts. The program ends with an exciting encore, "Intermedio de La Boda de Luis Alonso," by Gerónimo Giménez.
