Crazy bro! You’re elite I watched your vid and saw you started only like 5 years ago as well which is insane I feel like you’ve made huge progression over that time Were you always an athlete in sports prior to starting running? Would like to hear more on your early years

Appreciate that! I would say I’ve got 3 solid training years under my belt 🙌🏻 I used to play rugby league as a kid and did a fair bit of swimming growing up. Was always the kid that won the 100m at school ect 😂 but hated cross country haha

@@DaveTheRunner so you’re just naturally a beast 😂 I was the guy that always came 3rd in 100m and also hated cross Country. But went down the route of gym only because cardio is for “pussies” 😂 but now I’m 29 and feel like my body is breaking so started running Your videos are big inspiration keep it up! One day I might be fast enough to run in 3rd place behind you haha

Great video. Will be interesting to see how this transfers over to real world conditions. It's exciting to hear that you're tracking so well this early into your prep. Does the goal remain the same with all this info?
