Appreciate that! I would say I’ve got 3 solid training years under my belt 🙌🏻 I used to play rugby league as a kid and did a fair bit of swimming growing up. Was always the kid that won the 100m at school ect 😂 but hated cross country haha

@@DaveTheRunner so you’re just naturally a beast 😂 I was the guy that always came 3rd in 100m and also hated cross Country. But went down the route of gym only because cardio is for “pussies” 😂 but now I’m 29 and feel like my body is breaking so started running Your videos are big inspiration keep it up! One day I might be fast enough to run in 3rd place behind you haha

Thanks! I used to strength train a lot over the last 8 years, but now I train much less.
