Jai hind sir...im from Assam Mera physical hai NexT month. 3.2km within 14minutes ke. Running Karte Time or after run bohot shine pain or mascle pain hota hei. Dard raha nehi jata.rest bhi nehi le sakta.physical me pass karna hei. Kya karu sir ji bataiye.. i hope you will reply quickly 🙏
