Jai hind sir...im from Assam Mera physical hai NexT month. 3.2km within 14minutes ke. Running Karte Time or after run bohot shine pain or mascle pain hota hei. Dard raha nehi jata.rest bhi nehi le sakta.physical me pass karna hei. Kya karu sir ji bataiye.. i hope you will reply quickly 🙏

Lactate threshold workout is very simple. You have to maintain yourself slightly below your threshold. Allow your body to learn to metabolise lactic acid. Use breathing techniques to keep high oxygen levels.

Aap ko woh speed neekalni hai jispe aap ka heard about 82% to 88 % pe kaam karta hai. Doosra tareeka hai woh speed jispe agar aap bhago to aap 1 min se zaida nahi bhag pate. LT speed usse kaam hota gai

Aapka muscle ready nahi hai uss spead ke liye. Running ke saath weight training and flexibility bhi karo. Variation lao training main. Bookh to lagega. Healthy food khao. Weight ki chinta nahi karo. Har body ka apna apna metabolism hota hai

Yeah janna thoda technical hai per aap idea laga sakte ho. Kissi pace ko agar aap 20 to 30 sec ke uppar nahi rakh patte, woh pace apke threshold ke upar hai.
