Sir 1600 mtr running me heel lift aur knee drive kaise kare....athletes ki heel lift aur knee drive kafi high hoti ha jisse unki stryd length increase hoti ha...sir ham ye kaise kare...hum try Krte ha but muscles pe strain padta ha...sir please exercises btaiye, sir help kigiye please🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏...kuch recommend kar digiye

Don't work on these. Work to increase your flexibility. Also work on increasing cadence and not stride length. Stride length will increase as you increase flexibility and strength

Mujhe nahi patta aapko kisme battaya ki spikes pe practice karo. Spikes main cushioning aur arch support nahi hota hai. Uspe race practice, short sprints karte hain. Abhi rest karo. Pain main nahi bhagna. Ice lagao..
