I have heard that Manali or some other state bike rentals are not allowing towards Leh and stopping at Sarchu border. Is it true sir ? They are not even allowing atleast to enter into Leh city so that we can rent Leh bikes. Can you provide us an update for 2023 if u could, in upcoming video ?
