I heard it secondhand from a trusted friend, but I found out he took a sick pleasure in internet shock sites that featured real gore, torture and death. I can understand having a morbid curiosity and wanting to test your limits, but he got a legitimate kick out of these videos. Apparently he gathered a bunch of his buddies around his computer one day to show them One Lunatic One Ice Pick and he was laughing and smiling the whole time. In less than a minute I went from being incredibly attracted to him to being outright terrified of him.

Im a guy but i got a story. So 1 day i was invited to a party by the pool staff at the pool in the park in front of my house. I was enjoying myself drinking & hanging out when my friend said he thought this girl was hot so every1 else decided to be his wingmen. We got the girl to hangout in our little group to break the ice & have him shoot his shot. Everything was going well you could tell she was interested in him until the topic of HS came up & they found out they went to school together & knew of 1 another. Which normally would be a positive thing but when he realized who she was he said something along the lines of "omg i didn't recognize you i remember you use to be fat but you're not as bad as you use to be." It got quiet for a second til some1 broke the silence but it was too late she wasn't really talking to him yhe same way. Which couldve ended there but he kept trying to takk to her even after she walked away & was clearly not interested. He kept following her along he even tried apologizing but it was too late

The problem with assuming he's a nice normal gentleman is that if she was wrong and got in his car, her life would be could be over. Clearly, you've never had someone physically over power you because you made a bad choice to trust the wrong person. Her getting in a car with a stranger would be considered one of those bad choices. There are a lot of strange people online dating who can seem like a dream date at 1st. Here's one other thing to consider even if he's a gentleman. The date conversation could go badly and they find out they strongly dislike each other. So, at the end of the date, she'd have to get in his car again or find her own way home. Maybe it goes so bad that he leaves her there. 9:10 times it would be fine, but that one time when it's not, makes it not worth the risk. If you're a guy and worried about dropping a lot of money on dinner when you have not met her before, meet for a coffee 1st and go from there.

@@nleem3361 Exactly, I've done both, and the first thing I make sure is If she's comfortable with that rearrangement, If not no big deal. like you said, if the date ends early or goes south, both partes have an out and can do so safely and without the awkwardness. If someone who is a complete stranger is getting upset or offended by someone else's reassurance to be safe and comfortable, they need to really reevaluate how their mind works and interact with people before they even try to be getting into dating prospects.
