If you look carefully, you'll realize that the only memory Black Swan saw was Ifrit dying. She did not see the battle, because that was red Acheron (or whatever her actual name is) memory. Red Acheron then asks: "Excuse me, are you asking me?" (The one who actually remembers fighting the Annihilation Gang) and grabs on to Black Swan, a memetic entity who shouldn't even be perceived unless she wants to be. Which shows how strong her emanator side really is. She is separate from Acheron's memories, which is why the imagery shows the swan get caught by the snake. BS got caught when she attempted to look into red Acheron's memories and found nothing but a predator who hunts. As she struggled to escape, she sank deeper and deeper until she almost got swallowed by the abyss or IX. In the end she realized who Acheron is and her past does not matter, only that her existence itself is means death and despair for others. Which may be why the ending shows people falling from the sky with red lines. As an emanator of finality/nihility, her purpose is "to be the end" for everyone else.

I agree with everything you said. It is also important to note that, with "ordinary" people, Memo Keepers are more than capable of entering their memories without even touching them, and even stealing their memories, all without the target even noticing that happening. Not only was Inner Acheron aware of, and able to respond to BS, she was also capable of inflicting pain on her, which I think even BS didnt know was possible to do to a Mimetic Entity such as herself prior to this dance I also want to point out that it is basically indirectly confirmed that she is Emanator of Nihility based on the few shots from the trailer - the black hole swallowing the light and the hole BS was falling into before she came to her senses also happen to be the most common depictions of IX we have in the game, which is definitely intentional.

The creepiest part of this is that Acheron's true self/emanator form notices Black Swan prying in real time from the memory of a past event (the slaying of the Duke) within Black Swan's own realm of rememberence. I just noticed this after watching many reacts to the trailer! in the beginning we can see how Acheron's outfit looks and while she was dancing with BS, but after BS asks about Duke Inferno and the background becomes red you can see that Acheron looks different and has the crimson flowers on her body and chest now compared to before. That's when the viper caught the swan!
