I think the argument that trans women should/should not compete in sports is equal to saying a woman could never beat a man in sports. An ideology that only cropped up to secure political ties in the ancient world and to disenfranchise women. Any and all political identities only serve to turn the proletariat against each other suppressing revolt. There are women of all shapes and sizes who could outperform men of all shapes and sizes. The separation of men's sports and female sports serves to no measure of equality ever proposed by any governing body other than the partriarchal operators of the last 2000 years. Weather the mask you put on is black, white, cis, trans, male or female; you choose to dawn it. All identity is a trap designed to remove individuality in service to the status quo and those who identify with the status quo in any way only make it stronger. Oppression will not end until the factors of oppression are extinct. Both sides (of the media) oppress the other in service to the powers that oppress both. To this I would add consuming this specific media is taking YOUR attention away from the problems you actually care about. If all this is just comedy to you that's fine, but comedy shouldn't replace conviction.

Right now we have two sports systems segregated by sex. I think that's a laughable approach to equality. We have other systems in place to provide fair competition like in boxing or wrestling. A truly just and equal sports system shouldn't look at sex to determine physical ability and neither should you. All these identity politics on both sides are just getting in the way of the discourse. And this type of media doesn't help.
