I was a bit nervous walking up to Officer Cadena because of the stories I've heard about Albuquerque PD. I was pleasantly surprised by her kindness and the fact that she didn't think we were there to "create a conflict." One of the best officers I've ever encountered.

A real auditor should be a journalist & show all sides of the story. You're helping us weed out the bad ones. I know there are good cops in there. There just seems to be a WHOLE lot more bad ones. I wish there were more officers out there like this. So that you guys could showcase the good officers more often. I know people say auditors don't show anything but the bad cops and never show the good ones, it's not by choice. It's just the amount of good cops to bad cops is really leaning towards the latter. Love it. This is awesome video. To me those comments reflect what the average citizen public person experiences with cops and who they feel about respect for respect. Meaning- many of the would be cop haters are wanting to protect this cop, whom they would so easily and normally bash. Again, these comments most likely watch these KZbin cop videos and HATE the way cops act. So, for them to come out and say protect her, she is how cops should be, promote her, god keep her safe, etc. that is pretty big for that community of commenters. The lady cops was instantly chill, put out a good vibe that people can see and feel, and she immediately got the same feeling back in return. Respect for respect. This filmed even looked way too close to her and her cop duties. I say the filmer should not get that close. Maybe the filmer was zoomed in? But she was totally chill, no fear, no normal demand tactics that the filmer needs to get away, etc. All and all… she did amazing In this job audit. My opinion
