If you haven't seen this movie, it will REALLY touch you deeply if there is a huge void in your life that you've been looking to fill. This is why so many women of all ages cry when they watch it. They are living vicariously through Jackson and Allie, wishing they could have had a relationship as meaningful as the one between these two characters, but never quite realizing it in their own personal lives. It gives them a sense of closure of what might have possibly been with the one that got away, instead of having to settle for the one they ended up with.

Matt Roman I have depression. Jackson’s pain is my pain. (I’m not an alcoholic or drug addict but anyway) Bradley touched into his pain so accurately. What people don’t understand about depression is that it lies to You and what people say to you is distorted. That is why Bobby’s tough love is so dangerous. His ‘get your shit together’ attitude was ‘you are a useless no good screw up’ to Jackson. Bobby meant to wake him up and ruined him more.

Mexican Restaurant? Anyone have any ideas what scene that is? The Diner is the closest I can think to what that could be, but doesn't seem a likely fit. Or maybe the "cop bar" is really a Mexican Restaurant & was transformed for the filming? I'm really curious, I want to know what scene they filmed first

Lilac Lizard i believe they’re talking about the scene right before they go to Arizona in his bike, in which they talk about Arizona and jack coming back to his “home”. In that scene they’re eating in a restaurant and she writes in her notebook the song “look what i found”.

@@vitoriajunqueira1277 ah, so that is the diner I was thinking of & I've just rewatched that part after your comment & yes it IS Mexican lol I didn't notice that at all, thanks SO much :)))) I feel dumb now, but I never would have clicked to that without your comment, so very much appreciated :) That makes sense actually, to me the connection they have doesn't seem quite as strong in that scene as most of the movie, I guess they were still getting to know & be comfortable with each other & Lady Gaga getting comfortable with cameras right in her face. Видела недавно новые фото Купера - такое чувство, что постарел лет на 10, а ведь с момента Оскара прошло всего ничего.. По сравнению с тем, что мы видим здесь - небо и земля. Гага практически залегла на дно - ее не видно, не слышно, (при ее то любви к публичности и тусовкам) кроме того, что она работает над новым альбомом. Слышала (буду рада ошибиться), что опять начались проблемы со здоровьем, а ведь такая болезнь как у нее обостряется именно на фоне душевного и эмоционального стресса и депрессии. Если мы до сих пор не можем это спокойно воспринимать и плачем, то что говорить о них, которые это все пережили в течении двух лет и потом вынуждены были все так резко оборвать? Конечно, с глаз долой из сердца вон - вроде бы самое верное и логичное решение в данной ситуации, только вот счастливы ли они сами от этого?

(( во первых, он 100пудово придет со своей мадам (она же его теперь везде пасти будет) и будет изображать счастливую влюбленную пару. Гага же объявив что "это все игра, мы вас обманули" - тоже будет гнуть эту линию. Хорошо, если перекинутся парой дежурно-вежливо-дружеских фраз, согласно протоколу. В худшем случае будут попросту игнорить друг друга.. (( уже заранее боязно... никогда даже за свои отношения так не болела... 😂

написано складно, но вы упускаете один очень важный нюанс. Что вначале Брэдли узнал Стефани в жизни, и то что он увидел его настолько поразило, что он решил пригласить ее в свой фильм.. Если бы ему что то не понравилось или оттолкнуло в ней - то ее бы не было и в фильме. Это же элементарно.
