Yes. It’s referencing biblical characters. She plays Mary Magdalene. Darryl plays Judas and the guy with the crown of thorns is Jesus. She was supposed to be in love with Jesus but she sings about still being in love with Judas and not being able to stop Judas from selling out Jesus. And Judas betrayed Jesus at the end with the kiss and Jesus was crucified and that is why she was also stoned to death.

The guy with the thorn crown is Jezus. Norman Reedus is Judas. In the Bible, Judas is one of Jezus' disciples, and he betrayes Jezus by handing him over to the cops. Gaga is singing: 'But I'm still in love with Judas, baby.' Meaning she is still in love with a bad guy who is not good for her.

The washing of the feet is also in the Bible. It’s where Mary Magdalene washed feet of Jesus and his Disciples and then dries them with her hair. Also, Judas kissed Jesus on the cheek and Jesus had already known that when that happens, Judas will betray him. All biblical stuff… crown of thorns, disciples spreading the Word of God to the masses, 12 disciples’ names on back of their jackets, etc.
