If you want to get chills, watch the music video - she has so much chemistry with everyone there. Edit - to give an example, at 4:08 when she growls, she's right in front of the drummer, and while he's still playing, she does the growl right in his ear, and I don't know why, but to this day, that always makes my heart jump.
