At age 12 in 2000 I saw Gatomon tell her story and how Myotismon moved everything and tortured her to forget about her destiny and who she was meant to be. If he would have succeeded she would have become Lady Devimon. They should’ve gotten a different actress. I don’t know who would’ve been a better fit in the 90s. Especially since these actors were still needing experience and better voice directions (And a more accurate script). But I would’ve casted Laura Bailey or Kari Wahlgren.

BlackTailmon is probably powered up because it's inherently evil and it wouldn't have a Holy Ring because well, it isn't a Holy Digimon. Tailmon being without her ring means she's incomplete and therefore de-powered. It's weak enough to Armor Digivolve yet still strong enough to DNA Digivolve to Ultimate.
