That big building squeezed into 94 East bound and 52 South bound (as seen in yellow at 1:52 mark) is being destroyed and the new St. Paul Saints' Midway Stadium will be placed there!

animation is a whole bunch of frames put together with drawings. not a picture/video getting zoomed in. just sayin

The opening graphic of the original bridge is a photo pan and zoom. The rest of the video is a 3d computer model of the proposed bridge (now fully constructed) composited over a video background. The video is hand held camera footage shot from a helicopter, not drone footage.
