Was doing a lot of these last month during training, on bars and rails and blocks. Next progression though is to add one or more objects to be hands only, drop the hips and start doing some low body quadra flow on the rails and blocks. You can end up with cartwheels, kongs, palm spins and more intermixe with the flow footwork. Tons of fun!

I used something similar to that but less random of a pattern with the tape. I would use a grid type pattern, but I am definitely going to try this, thanks!!!

Jess I have a good idea of a series you should do. You should parkour conditioning videos like how to get stronger for parkour and cut fat and such. Im sure alot of people would love to see that. Thanks for your time and hope you take this into consideration bye!

I'm not sure if you've done this before, but after introducing precision trainers in this video it would be pretty cool if you made a video on how to build them -- or building wooden vault boxes, perhaps.

I would expect that training in the rain or any other environment helps with practicing control itself since you have to be more conscious of how you do your movement. Just a thought I guess. It is good through that jesse is doing tutorials on the background and fundamental moves instead of just tricks.
