Was doing a lot of these last month during training, on bars and rails and blocks. Next progression though is to add one or more objects to be hands only, drop the hips and start doing some low body quadra flow on the rails and blocks. You can end up with cartwheels, kongs, palm spins and more intermixe with the flow footwork. Tons of fun!

I used something similar to that but less random of a pattern with the tape. I would use a grid type pattern, but I am definitely going to try this, thanks!!!

What I do is put tape on the floor and me and my brother play add on wich is were I do a move then he does the move I did and adds one more move and it keeps going, it helps improve flow memory balance stamina and strength.

I would expect that training in the rain or any other environment helps with practicing control itself since you have to be more conscious of how you do your movement. Just a thought I guess. It is good through that jesse is doing tutorials on the background and fundamental moves instead of just tricks.
