"I'm not saying my tutorial is the best", you don't have to say it, we all just know it :D "For 12 days I will be brining you one fun parkour and freerunning tutorial each day mixed with some fun silly ones as a way to give back for the holidays." "Brining" c: We all love picklers :) Thanks for all these LaFlair you're amazing!

Thank you for your tutorials. Other tutorials tell you the tegnique but not how you should progress to it or mistakes that you will probably make as a beginner. Keep it up!

Hey Jesse :) I just wanted to say a big thanks for teaching us beginners the ropes to parkour. You've been a huge help. However I do have a question... Where are the best places to practice parkour?? Cheers

I've been dying to learn the barrel vault! :) Thanks for the kip tut Jess... Another movement I've been dying to learn; specifically because I do martial arts and my system doesn't necessarily find it essential, so I'm glad you taught it.

The part about looking straight forward is definitely going to help with my landing. I'm constantly landing in a position that could damage my knees. Thanks. Two questions: 1) How tall are you? and 2) How would you progress into kipping up out of a forward roll or even dive roll?
@MrVindictus111 жыл бұрын
Thank you Jesse! Now I see what I was doing wrong all the time. I finally managed to get it right, damn it's so easy once you understand how you are supposed to move.

This video was actually helpful and I will be saving it. I did one kip-up from watching this and I was so excited. Unfortunately, for the rest of the night, I could no do another. I got very close, but I think my arms were to tired. My problem was I was not shooting my legs straight-up, not pushing enough with my arms, and not placing my feet directly under my body when completing it... I need to work on it some more.

This vid in particular was awesome, and extremely helpful. Prior to this, I tried the move multiple times, but I only got headaches from trying. (Literally, I kept on hitting my head back against the wood floor, NOT fun) Because of to tutorial, you basically pinpointed everything I was doing wrong, I can do the kick up fairly well now! :D

Hey Jesse I'm a big fan and I've seen a lot of your tutorials including the one where you talked about what shoose are the best for parkour. You mentioned that the shoose should have one piece of rubber on the bottom and I saw the bottom of the shoose and they had a big peice of rubber. What's the name of your shoose thanks so much.
