INGREDIENTS:-
3 Glasses Rice / 2 Measuring Cups= 1 Glass
2 Cups Oil
1 Cup Whipped Yogurt
2 TBL SPN Garlic Ginger Paste
3 MED Onions (chopped)
6 Roma Tomatoes (chopped)
BIRYANI:-
1 1/2 TBL SPN Red Chili
1 1/2 Salt
1 TBL SPN Coriander Powder
1 TBL SPN Garam Masala
1/2 TSP Turmeric Powder
1/2 TBL SPN Cumin Powder
3 BLK Cardamom Pods
2 Bay Leaves
1 Cinnamon Stick
CHARGA RECIPE:-
1 TSP Turmeric Powder
1 TBL SPN Salt
1 TBL SPN Red Chili
1 TSP Garam Masala
1 TSP Black Pepper
1 TSP Cumin Powder
4 TBL SPN Garlic Ginger Paste
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
1 Cup Oil
1/4 Cup SAWAD Food Coloring
OIL FOR FRYING
KACHUMAR SALAD:-
2 MED Onions (chopped)
2 Roma Tomatoes (chopped)
2 Cucumbers
1/2 Bunch Cilantro (washed & chopped)
1 Lemon
Salt & Pepper To Taste
CILANTRO RAITA:-
1 Bunch Cilantro
2 Cups Yogurt
2 Green Chilies
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP Black Pepper
YELLOW FOOD COLORING:-
Make the desired amount of SAWAD food coloring,
following the instruction from the bottle & add a few drops of lemon juice, oil & few strands of saffron .
