Today I am going to teach you guys how to make Grilled Lamb Chops Biryani,
It’s my personal recipe & I created it to have the grilled bbq flavor Lamb Chops with the amazing flavor of Traditional Biryani!!!
LAMB CHOPS:-
5 LBS Lamb Chops
1/2 Cup Oil
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
1 TBL SPN Garlic Ginger Paste
1 TBL SPN Salt
2 TSP BLK Pepp
1 TBL SPN Coriander Powder
1 TBL SPN Granulated Garlic Powder
BIRYANI MASALA:-
1 1/2 TBL SPN Red Chili
1 1/2 TBL SPN Salt
1 1/2 TBL SPN Coriander
1/2 TSP Turmeric
1 TBL SPN Garam Masala
3 BLK Cardimon Pods
2 Bay Leaves
1 Cinnamon Stick
1/2 TBL SPN Cumin Powder
GREEN RAITA;-
1 Bunch Cilantro (washed)
2 Cups Yogurt
2 Green Chilies
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP BLK Pepper
Blend in a blender
KACHUMAR SALAD:-
2 Med Onion (chopped)
2 Roma Tomatoes (chopped)
2 Cucumber (peeled & chopped)
1 Bunch Cilantro (washed & chopped)
1 Lemon
Salt & Pepper to taste
YELLOW FOOD COLORING:-
Make the desired amount of SAWAD food coloring, following the method from the bottle . Add a few strands of SAFFRON, A few drops of oil & a few drops of lemon Juice.
