I had heard Laibach here and there ovee the years, mostly through friends when I was into the industrial scene. They never really clicked for me. I thought their Beatles covers were kind of fun, and the video for "Life is Life" always made me chuckle with all the mountain scenes and the deer and whatnot. I always thought they were talented, but I never took them seriously. Then, many years later, I stumbled upon "Volk" and it blew me away. This song, in particular, completely changed my opinion of Laibach as a band. It gave me literal chills, and I caught myself getting misty-eyed. I'm just some American dude, but this song moved me in an almost indescribable way. Every so often I revisit this track, and honestly it just gets better and better every time.

The lyrics are unnuanced but sound pleasant, my critique is symbolism isn't expounded upon, particularly, as much would be undesirable in a song, of course, but the usual clever profundity that would establish fresh perspective on phenomena converging in some poignant crest above commonly seen tropes and platitudinous space-fodder gettin in the way of our McKennan edge detection along murky backwaters of content said to be surfable of course but what about the waaateerpaaarkss maan who wants a wave series to skilift your chance to tame the dragon into a ride then have to swim out so far and start all over again... that's like meth lol... where's my psilacetin I wanna get a real horror show thriller that'll humble me and start fresh, this staying looking at my own choices of music and relaxing feeling good doesn't evolve my aethetic experience with clashed punctuated returns to reorient latent collisions in my motivation and avoidance and self involution stays less involutable on meth, you're talking waves, I'm talking at least 4 varying amplitudinous crests and valleys of silhouette abstractions on each of 100 waves in series set out in front of you, each being zoomable-into in such a way as to make the vagina's being texturally detected by your penis, that can happen to your pupils and pituitary bodies as rinsings eject sourcewise like a warm waterfall automated for personal dubstep rhythms massaged variously on different parts of your face... that's the waaaateeerpaaark.. Melody is from Poland composed by Mazurek Dqbrowski. This melody is amazing by the way. Text wrote slovak priest (Samuel Tomášik) after visiting Prague. He was so surprised that people were speaking mostly only German language. That's why he wrote this song (hej Slováci) . Later he changed words from hej Slovaks to hej Slavs. That's short history of this song. Howk.

indeed, it was an appeal to the Slavs to not forget. Hence why it is very good choice by Laibach.

Problem is that Russia will be the biggest part of that union and Russia will take control in time. The other problem is that Western Nations would try their best to disrupt the Union and they would likely succeed in it by promising each one freedom, money and democracy and we will be foolish enough to accept it. First we must awaken individually and see that we are colonies of the West and start working on ourselves, to give ourselves sovereignty and autonomy and then we can form unions to protect ourselves from invaders. PS I am not anti westerner, I have many western friends, but western elite is using us for profit without caring much about anything else and that needs to stop one way or another.
