Lakan sure is an interesting fella. and all those things he has done, you have no Idea of the lengh he is willing to go to get what he wants. the next episodes will be interesting. also old lady: giving maomao to random dudes to sleep with: no problem here giving maomao to her biological dad: nah that would be inhuman

I think Jinshi was telling Maomao about Lakan because he can't fully stop Lakan from showing up, he is a high ranking noble I think, but after her reaction he is now going to really try to put a stop to his visits.
