@@HavasuLew Hi Lew, We don’t want to rent the house. We are looking to buy. We are looking for hopefully a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, pool home. RV garage 14ft high door and casita. Our budget is around 1 million dollars. We would like to rent it to the weekend renters and also snowbirds. I’ve been watching some of your videos and I noticed in some areas it’s a 30 day minimum. I didn’t know there was such a thing. We would really like to stay lakeside of the the highway. What areas would you recommend for weekend and snowbird rentals ? Thanks for your time, Mario Ruiz

This house is saved in my wishlist on Airbnb. 😂 I picked a weekend in July and it looks like it goes for a little over $950 a night plus tax and fees. The only reason we won’t rent it is because the management company (evolve) sucks. I will only rent homes that have either a local property manager or is managed directly by the owners. Corporate property managers are too impersonal and don’t resolve issues timely. So keep that in mind when you do purchase your vacay home and decide to rent it out 😉
