Negative... think they tried in the beginning in what is now the Residential Estates area in and around the golf courses, but the ground is just too hard. You can always pay to get the utilities buried, in fact, thats what they did on this home to put the pool in. But, that didnt get rid of seeing powerlines. ;-)

Nice house, but heck you’re paying the flats in Southern California prices per square foot or even Pacific Palisades and I hope they get it that’ll just bump up all the comps for their neighbors

You can get a brand new double RV garage pool home in the Pasiaides?? 🤔 People love to look at PPSqFt .. but it really only tells a small part of a much larger story that makes the up ghe PPsqft with a lot of variables. This is the lowest priced double rv garage pool home for sale right now, especially with the 4/4. The next 4 bedrom double rv garage pool home is $1,075,000 - and it only has 3 bathrooms, no dual master suites. I guess we will see! Thanks for watching!!

@@HavasuLew I totally agree in regards to the garage for the RV and I concurred that there is no way you’re getting a garage like that in either the flats or Pacific Palisades and I also agree that the average house price in those locations far exceeds 1,022,000

@@HavasuLew i’m sure the neighbors would totally love it if a 2100 ft.² closed to the tune of over 1,000,000+ dollars on a 10,000 square-foot lot and one that has quartz countertops, I didn’t hear the part where you described the Viking or the wolf appliances, but I do love your videos and like I said, if they can get over a million for 2100 ft.² I’m sure that would make the neighbors extremely happy

Havasu has now become So Cals next neighborhood and prices have skyrocketed which unfortunately keeps locals out of the newest housing market. If local’s didn’t buy before 2018 they are now priced out….the City is overbuilding which is causing stress on the community… too many storage unit places, too many houses, too many boats on the lake….now I realize these visitors are helping our economy, but what used to be a seasonal lake town is now a year round crowded community… and frankly we are not better off being too crowded with people who only come here to party, trash the place and be drunk…sorry
