Considering the Extreme Flood factor on the Ashcamp property, it looks like it has held up to any past floods ok but it reminds me of the really bad floods Kentucky experienced a couple years ago. Based on the reports it had to have been pretty scary for many. Love them historic show pieces though. Top notch for the early 1900's and present day !!!! Nice picks Susan !!!..... The second house is beautiful but needs extensive redecoration IMO. I would redo it all room by room (wallpaper borders MUST GO). In the meantime, the house is really clean and appears to have solid integrity, so you could live in it as you work on it. I see nothing wrong that isn't cosmetic. I currently live on the north side of Chicago, and a house like that in my neighborhood would sell for close to $1M. For $235K you are looking at a 1-bedroom condo here. Last house has a peculiar layout and conflicting interiors and is way too rural for me. I don't want to get eaten by bears.

Price on the 2nd house is to much for what needs to be done.

Don’t like the way the cabinets are in the first house. Would have bought the appropriate size cabinets. Second house too much work for the price. Third house is suppose to look rustic. Not liking the way they painted stuff white but left the rest rustic. Looks like the updated only part of it. But the price is high. Now the fourth one is priced right to make it your own. I would totally flip it. I would live in the model home and flip the house.

Excuse me for saying and Excuse my language. But the kitchen and bedroom looks absolutely like shit. I can't even imagine someone doing that. Especially the kitchen.
