@@LIVINGINDALLAS Nice! Has my wheels turning! I'm a mortgage broker in CA, relocating to TX next year. To survive the switch had to change my model to direct to consumer. I've been marketing heavily nonqm DSCR (debt service coverage ratio loans) where you qualify off the property by itself and you can do interest only. Long story short, we were thinking one day buy a 2nd home near a lake, but it would be better to buy the place in and LLC AirBNB it, stay their when we want and even if it doesn't pencil it's a loss I can deduct. I work with a ton of investors and all their Airbnb's out-perform their long term rentals. Even for DFW, 30 day leases I bet would kill it there with all the people relocating. Keep up the great work on the videos!
