Not really. We still have lots of laws and restrictions. I think Montana and Wyoming are just as, if not more, friendly. Video is correct that we have lots of guns. In fact my home is in a city which probably has more suppressors than any other city. 😁

Don’t you need to be able to participate in three-gun as a family? If not that 4-gun aka CASS or SASS ( cowboy or single action shooting society). Doing both takes seven guns since you wouldn’t use an SA revolver, lever action rifle or break action shotgun for 3-gun 🤣

Do you have any advice on getting guns to Texas? I am moving in May from California and my movers will not touch them. I can’t find a way to ship them so it looks like I’ll just be thrown them in the back of my car and driving with them. Makes me nervous as I have roughly 50 or so. Any advice on what others have done?
@LIVINGINDALLAS6 ай бұрын
I don’t have advice for 50 guns! That’s a lot. Maybe call the sheriffs department and ask them!

Drive yourself here, don't get pulled over, follow the provisions under FOPA 1968, and vote RED. I moved from CT to TX with about 30 or so guns. I put them all in my uhaul trailer I was towing with my car.

I am from texas myself. Texas is a gun-friendly state, but its the 8th friendliest state. 1st friendliest gun state is New Hampshire. But if you don't like the cold during the winter. Texas is the state for you
@LIVINGINDALLAS2 ай бұрын
I totally agree with you. I personally find Texas gun laws to be both friendly and sane. I wouldn’t prefer Texas getting a higher ranking due to the lack of certain regulations, as it would make it feel borderline lawless to me. So, I guess 'friendly and sane' is a fitting way to describe Texas gun laws.

Technically no tax stamp for Texas made suppressors that don't go across Texas borders. So in Texas it's legal to have a texas-made suppressor within Texas still federally illegal but according to Texas it's legal with no tax stamp.. So depends on if you want to play the game.

I also have not seen 1 person with a gun. I'm sure they're concealed with most people that do carry them but people act like your getting guns pulled out everywhere you go in Texas which is not true.
