Dumb question but are you just drifting? I don’t hear a kicker motor and it looks like it is even out of the water.

No, they are using a bow mounted electric motor. Usually it's a Minn Kota brand. I have one on my boat, it's one of the best investments I have made. You can see the controller to the motor in the hand of the guy on the left at the end of the video.
