hey, little update comment! if anything in the video ever gets debunked or changed, i'll try to remember to add it here as a little addendum. starting off: - this video was made before ashes of memory released, so all of the map easter eggs that were added along with it weren't out yet. this includes the "grace is dumb" easter egg carved into a rock. because of this, it's now MUCH more likely for her to be connected to lakeside if all of these easter eggs are lore relevant (which they seem to be).

Some evidence to back up naiads theory with lakeside Village is that their are different Easter eggs in lakeside Village that have to do with grace such as on a rock it says “grace is dumb” and then somewhere next to a rock it shows a basket with a picture of grace in it

Note: In Grace's 1st character day letter (released a week or two after this video), a man mentioned that a woman was running away in the forest from people who were an unknown race or sick from a disease. The woman carried something in a basket that he thought was a baby yet it resembled somethinf strange. He eventually mentioned going to a "foshing village" that was popular a few years ago. In Yidhra's 4th letter, it mentioned that the mass disappearance of the village reaidents happened "a long time ago", so I think Grace's time in the plotline was somwhere before the events of sacrifing people to Hatsur.

yeah, she seems to be a very very old entity! wouldnt be surprised if she's kind of like a myth in the region

i've been thinking about it! i just need to figure out what map to do since lakeside is the only one with a notable amount of npcs... a golden cave one would be fun but a lot of it delves into theories and everyone and their mom knows norton's story now with fool's gold 😭maybe in the future though! im like halfway done with a big video project so after that i'll see what's best also no need to feel late LOL this video got a teeny bit outdated after the easter eggs update but i hope you learned something new with the rest! thank you for watching
