Tony, I don’t know how you did this. I about fainted from exhaustion just watching this video! Eight shots of tequila on an empty stomach - then lunch and an extended show - then the mercado, the Malecon, the church - your whole busload of people was amazing! Congratulations to you for making it through everything - including Walmart at the beginning! I hope your knee felt okay afterward!

My best friend and I took the same cruise on the NCL Star in 2008. As soon as you got to the tequila factory I recognized it. It has changed very little. I went thru my pics and video and it brought back great memories. I lost him last year to cancer. But I just relived the tequila tasting experience watching you. Thanks man!

I went on a Jeep excursion in Puerto Vallarta and we all drove there and they gave the crowd enough tequila to drown a horse. We then went driving around in the mountains for a long time on narrow, steep roads 😂

I jumped in the ship pool with my watch on. It was my first cruise. I went to the watch store on board, but the cheapest watch was $50.00. our first stop was in Mexico and thank goodness Walmart was right there. I grabbed a Timex for under $10 US. Thank you WALMART.

We did that excursion 5 years ago and had an absolutely amazing time. It was so much fun and the tequila delish! I wish we could get that tequila in the states. We lived in Mexico for a year. Rent is super cheap as is restaurant prices. Utilities are cheap also.

The best knee braces close with Velcro so you can adjust the tightness. I just had both knees replaced last year and can now walk anywhere without pain.

Yes, we have been there on the NCL Bliss! We did the same tour though yours didn't show driving through downtown. We had our meal at the end, and we did the tequila tour too; ample opportunity to get pickled.  The little church there was nice as was the big church downtown. Can't forget the Malacon on the beach. I recognize everything from our trip last year! Our tour was late getting back to the Bliss which meant they had to wait for us because it was an NCL tour. All good! Thanks for sharing and I hope your knee is on the mend, Tony. You are an excellent tour guide!🤩

Memories if our Tequilaria visit in Cozumel and the tasting included. We are glad it was the final stop of the tour since we wobbled happily back to the bus and were successful keeping our liquor intack in us without any hangover or such. Didn't buy any to take home, but sure enjoyed the tasting adventure! 😋👍

Your pain could be lymph stagnation. Try rubbing your inguinal lymphs (groin) and popliteal lymphs (behind your knee) and your calves in that order to see if it will release any stagnation. Hope this helps.

I enjoyed living that excursion vicariously through you. It's not the kind of excursion I would take, so I feel blessed to have experienced it as well from the comfort of home. BTW that many shots would have put me under fast. I don't hold liquor well. My friends call me a light weight when it comes to alcohol.

We did the same excursion last fall when while cruising with HAL. Including the brief trip to Walmart 🤣 Hubby's running shoes were starting to delaminate, could not find a shoe in his size so purchased some crazy glue to repair once we were back in our cabin.

Last time we were in Puerto Vallarta, a telehandler that was unloading garbage from the ship fell between the ship and the dock. The driver promptly ran away. We were delayed by a couple of hours while they chained the machine to the dock so it wouldn't fall into the harbor when the ship pulled away.

We booked an onboard art excursion that would visit many old museums/stores in old Puerto Vallarta, but they left us at the first store while I was buying a turtle statue. We had to walk to the Malecon, and continue walking until we could find a taxi. Norwegian reimbursed us, but still...it wasn't bliss.

Careful when comparing store prices to online prices. When you order online, you often have to pay shipping. So a Lego set in the store at $30 and change is actually less expensive than $29.99 online since Lego charges shipping for purchases under $35.

That looked like a super fun excursion although how was lunch (presentation wasnt their strong suit)? The tequila tasting and show was amazing. Such a pretty area. And then all the other fun stuff. Will definitely look for this excursion next time I go to PV. For your knee, use the ace wrap instead, then you can get the pressure/support you want!

We did that excursion in Feb. 2021, right after the big C. It's much better now. The tequila tasting and lunch part was fine but later on we got funneled into a jewelry store and it was not fun. If I would have known, I would have stayed outside or on the bus. NCL must have put a stop to that nonsense.

OMG, I would not have been able to walk. I did a wine tasting tour in Washington once...6 vineyards and probably 20 glasses of wine followed by hard cider...about halfway through I had to resort to the spit bucket...such a shame...wasting good wine but I needed to be able to walk...😅
