I wish saffron was as inexpensive as turmeric!! Make something similar with beef, but never thought to use some of the masala base in the kebabs. Your mum is brilliant!

Pearl, is it possible to make some videos giving us some tips to bear in mind d when making different dishes. For example: what are the tips you’d always recommend so that rice comes out perfectly. Mine tends to be hit and miss 🤦🏻‍♀️ I find that several tips from experienced cooks like yourself can be most useful. Even some shortcuts that might help. Thank you 🙏🏻
