West bengal howrah se hu aur agar najdik ho to aa sakte ho agar possible nahi h to vidio dekh ke practuse karo bas hadbadana mat jaldi baji nahi aram se kuch din bad kam se kam 15 din bad se 14 15 feet ho jayega best of luck

@@combitkiduniya895 Ham sab West bengal se h jo ki bahut hi jyada distance h aap vidio ko folow kare aur aaisata aaisata practise kare apne aap hi ho jayega bas 1 bat ka dhyan dijiyega o exercise h o jyada se jyada kijiyega jabki ladke iska ulta karte h exercise nahi kar ke sirf jump karte h isliya nahi ho pata h bas exercise pe dhyan dijiye isiliye ham bar bar bolate h suru ke 4 se 5 din sirf exercise uske bad jump aatemp kijiye o bhi khade khade 1 2 din uske bad daud ke try kare
