Salom Yousef! I love your channel and I think Persian food is the best kitchen in the world. Once I tried a dish that I havn´t been able to find the recipe for, maybe you can help me? It was similar to Ghorme Sabzi, but it was walnuts in (and chicken). It was the most delicious dish I've ever had, and I am so sorry not to be able to have it again. Much love from Sweden!

Yosef for the cooking time of the lamb neck, I was told to cook it for 24 to 48 hours on low heat . So does it have the same taste and texture when you cook it for an hour. Please let me know
