One bad thing the guy did is touched the cooked vegetables with the utensil he used to handle the raw meat then moved the vegetables off with the same device. He should have moved the vegetables off first then place the raw meat down.

This is the first time I’ve seen a visit to the Wilderness cooking guy. Thanks so much! I discovered his channel in 2020 when languishing in those crazy COVID lockdowns. It saved my sanity! He was new at the time. It’s been so much fun to watch him build his outdoor kitchen bit by bit. I remember they experimented with music and we all said ‘no music! Just the natural sounds please 😆. Completely unpretentious and so therapeutic. The videography is exceptional.

Thank you Mark, for not only highlighting Wilderness Cooking but also cultures which would be overlooked. Many places you visit are mostly countries which many people would not visit. Food has a way to introduce people to many different cultures. I have watched Wilderness Cooking and Sweet Village (also Azerbaijan), for a while. This country like many in the non Western world, cook from scratch and without a given recipe. This is what makes these foods so good. 😊
