Looks great and so easy. Be careful that the tray on the bottom of the oven does not cause the enamel to destroy itself. Better to put it on the lower level of the rack and not on the floor.

Thanks for the recipe idea, I'm cooking this right now! There wasn't space in my baking tray for the potatos so I'll have to figure something out there, maybe a second tray with a bit of the sauce or something.
