Nice battle of the Lambdas Heiko, Proraso is my favorite. Try wetting your face first then apply the pre-shave, that will apply the pre-shave better.

Great review Heiko! They are nice looking razors. I know where you’re coming from with the proraso green. I have a lot of different soaps and creams but if I’m just wanting a good shave, my go to is Van Der Hagen Deluxe shave soap. I can get a puck of it at my local pharmacy for $3.00. It lathers great and performs well! Also, I like my old fashioned Skin Bracer aftershave. Take care and God bless!

Great comparison. I can tell you really like that Proraso green by the level of splash left in that bottle haha. I only own the Athena and love it, for me, the Athena and the Karve Overlander shave very similar (The Athena is a bit more efficient) and they are both perfect for everyday shaving.

Hello Heiko, are you going to do a shave den tour soon? It seems nobody is doing them anymore. Nick shaves had good ones but i think the ones by paul h films are best

I don't really have a shave den. I have a bathroom and some cabinets and boxes with shave gear. Not very exciting stuff.
