My Lambo Killer K24 Awd swapped Honda Civic got its Built engine installed today! We hooked up the engine to the new Dogbox PPG 1-4 AWD transmission that @Junkyard_Dave put together for me!
The engine received a Set of JE Ultra Series Pistons paired with Wiseco's Boostline connecting rods! We should be able to send this k24a2 engine past 1000hp!

You can put the vtec roller/valve train assembly in the crv heads!! They are legit the same castings as the a2 heads. It should work perfectly from what I’ve seen

Do not know if u will see this Trevor but look up on a lower chain guide for K-series, it reduce the slack from the lower section on the chain especially when making power and also so if u decide to change cams in the future, it lowers the risk of skipping timing. I’m sure folks would say it unnecessary but something worth researching. I am running a generic brand on my 600hp FA5 Civic Si with no issue.Goodluck on your build and channel brother

I seem to remember that those valve spring dishes and retainers are a known weak point on those K engines. There are aftermarket titanium parts available that eliminate the problem.

If your going all motor on that crx PLM has a hood exit exhaust for like 750 the myers comp header is like 1600

The plm headers crack at the flange cause how heavy the megaphone is. They are still good. It's just annoying having to re weld it jyst a few months after installing it.

I know you can use a k20a3 base model head and get the exhaust rockers in the intake side and swap in k20 type S cams and literally have vtec killer cams. Because by using the exhaust rockers it rides on the vtec lobe.
