Yes, but the original Countach is a much sleeker car; I like both versions, but I prefer the original classic no-addons version of the car.

Yeah, the lp400 is just glorious. The second best version would be the series 1 LP400s with no wing from 1978. The perfect compromise between the purity of the original and the flamboyance of this model (the last good looking one). Later models (even the beloved qv and 5000) look worse, and the anniversary edition is an abomination

Does Kennan watch Technology Connections? The way he says "thanks", it's the same as Alec, and they're both kinda made from the same (corduroy) cloth. Speaking of which, you guys did that Figaro recently, a car which Alec proudly owns, same "Spring" color as well. EDIT: Oh, and i know that Alec watches Doug, as he once opened his video with a "THISS" as a nod.

Great video. You’re getting better on camera! Watch out for pet words. You say “well” as a windup or filler. Many other people say “uhh” for this. You’re a smart guy, so don’t be afraid to insert thoughtful pauses and silence in your delivery. It keeps us hanging on all your other words. Keep up the great work!

I think the use of curves with the wedge design just make the Countach more gorgeous. If it was just all wedge and slight lines (like the Lotus Esprit of the era), it would not have been at pretty as it is. And I for one like the roundbelly version with the wheel arch flares - just like Doug's model. For me that is my perfect spec (though in red, white comes a very close second).

I absolutely love all of these subtle curves in this design 🥰❤️ Paying attention to the minutiae of car designs is one of my FAVORITE things to do 🥰 Also, I forgot: WHAT THE F*CK is that Oil Filter line heating the air intake up? 😂 I know of Lambo's quirkiness but I believe sometimes they were drunk while designing these cars 😂
