IMO no one should comment on Kimmi breast being lopsided when she went through breast cancer and either had a lumpectomy or mastectomy either one will affect the size and shape of one breast or both. And no matter what, her breast will never be symmetrical again. That unfortunately is the reality of breast cancer not a choice like opting for any type of cosmetic surgery.
