*a commenter noted my focus on centrifugal force. While I believe this does occur during grinding, they are right to point out I should've pointed out the obvious- motor, slants in the burr (as I spoke about in the SG1 video with furrows), etc. I didn't find it necessary to divulge that here, but thought it best to clarify.
Check this IG post by Gagne on a few PSDs of grinders. It helps show my point a bit, though there is no objective connection between PSDs and taste. Below is just an image but soon, his blog post on it will be available to the masses.
