Graceland and the Guest House are where the thievery begins. We went there this weekend to visit Lisa Marie’s grave. We got there for a two-day stay package and were charged $900 for two nights and given cheapest tickets. My boyfriend is a retired fire captain who booked and was supposed to get the heroes discount. They charge led him double! I had to fight with them for two days. It was terrible. The ventilation in the bus we were in to the mansion was full of debris. The Guest House is a 2 star at best. The staff hates Elvis and his fans. The Elvis experience at the hotel is almost nonexistent. They have his music turned way down and other random crap on the TVs. One Elvis cutout in the corner of the bar. Unbelievable. Last time. Let poor Elvis rest… he wouldn’t be happy.

It’s too ghetto around there now. It’s so messed up that EPE and surrounding businesses make SO much money off of Elvis. But don’t put money into making it safer! They need to realize people won’t come visit that Area if they are fearful of being robbed, car’s getting burglarized, ect. Yes the Guesthouse is expensive. I'm paying to stay safe. I feel safe their and don't have to worry about my car. We do at times drive around Memphis and never had any trouble. Memphis is my favorite city.

The subdivision was very clean well kept very beautiful landscaping. Homeowners that were out would wave or just throw up their hand some may get annoyed with us Elvis fans 🙄 checking out their homes.
