@@alenkova30 He was in K1 I believe there weren't any wrestlers in that sport. But should you wish to continue then you can take GSP. His base is Kyokushin. You can research more on your free time. I think he faced wrestlers.

These are to the thigh! Im thinking of making a calfkick breakdown also, as they do differ a bit from lowkicks to the thigh.

Im right handed but prefer to stand south paw so often find myself leading leg to leading leg it opens up the inside low kicks a lot and the leading leg sweep to the calf I’ve found it works well for a counter to an orthodox jab .parry(sotu Uke)stepping right ~sweep the leg Johnny

Bro also in one of the video of Dwane Ludwig from Bang Muay Thai mentioned something about not extending your arms during a punch. Take care of the joints for the long run. Could you add on to that is it okay to extend the arm during a punch, of course no over extending but how to extend properly.

Yeah man for sure you should extend your punch, if you dont then you wont reach your opponent. I would have to see the vid where duane Said that! Maybe he was talking about a specific scenario.
