It's not legal to race vehicles on public roads. And it's absolutely stupid to film yourself racing another vehicle and put it on social media. Even if it's faked by some "side by side" it's giving proof that you are trying to go as fast as possible, so if anything were to happen, you are pretty screwed legally, or may be in for a decent fight. That's why you can't legally time your laps around the Nurburgring on non race days. You are involved with regular people and competitive driving can't be on full display.
